Patient And Carer Experience Research

Carers are often overlooked in healthcare research, despite the critical role they play in patient outcomes. DJS Research explores patient and carer experience research together, identifying barriers to treatment and adherence, understanding support needs and examining the information sources that shape decisions. We engage individuals across acute, primary and long term care, using qualitative and quantitative methods suited to often sensitive subject matter. Our approach balances genuine care for participants with the rigour organisations need to act on findings, providing an evidence base that reflects real experience rather than assumption.
