Employer Provided Critical Incident Counselling Service

Our counselling and EAP service gives employees fast, confidential access to BACP-accredited counsellors across the UK either in person or by phone. We offer up to six sessions per issue per year supported by a 24 / 7 counselling helpline plus legal, debt and sign-posting advice. For critical incidents or trauma we provide rapid response and PTSD-specialist counselling. Our EAP includes strong clinical governance, local and national networks, detailed usage reporting and a proactive communications programme to promote positive emotional health.
