How it Works:
1) The product enters into the exchange cylinder through a special volute,
which is designed to allow for a product smooth change of trajectory.
2) The service fluid flows in counter current into the cylinder shell.
3) On the cylinder there is the scraping shaft, which keeps the product
mixed and avoid it to get stuck on the wall.
4) The rotation speed of the scraping shaft depends on product’s
features.
5) The shaft rotation and the product's fluid-dynamic pressure push the
scraping blades against the exchange surface
