Anular series is particulary suited for thermal process of non-Newtonian products, having medium or high viscosity with particulates. Mainly used in the Dairy field for following products: - tomato concentrate - fruits puree - orange with fibres - curds and ricotta - mayonnaise and ketchup - tomato-based sauces in general
